Pie-in-the-Sky is an award-winning farm and bakery owned and operated by the Vandenberg Family.
Our love to produce the perfect fruit for others to enjoy is reflected in how we grow our apples, peaches, strawberries and other crops.
As a farm, we are always striving to be learning new ways to grow the best produce for our customers.
We use only regenerative, organic and some conventional practices

Our in-house pastry chef takes pride in all she makes. We only use fresh local ingredients in all our baked good. Everything from bread, pies, cookies and so much more!

We use a mixture of butter and shortening in our pie dough. The Butter is for taste and the shortening is for a flaky texture. We use an old family recipe that has been passed down.
